This instrument is ASIC Corporations (Amendment and Repeal) Instrument 2016/66.

2 Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

This instrument is made under subsections 341(1) and 1020F(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.
