This is the ASIC Superannuation (Amendment) Instrument 2016/345.

2 Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under section 335 of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.

Each instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable item in the Schedule.

Omit “1 July 2016” (twice occurring), substitute “30 June 2017”.
