Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Non‑warlike Service) Determination 2015 (No. 2)
This is the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Non-warlike Service) Determination 2016 (No. 1).
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under paragraph 6(1)(b) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
In this instrument:
Act means the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004.
ADF means the Australian Defence Force.
NATO means the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
Schedule 1 specifies service that is non‑warlike service for the purposes of the Act.
Schedule 1—Non‑warlike service
Note: See section 6.
For paragraph 6(1)(b) of the Act, service in an operation mentioned in an item of the following table is non‑warlike service for the purposes of the Act if the service:
(a) is in an area of operation mentioned in the item; and
(b) occurs during a period mentioned in the item.
