Export Control (Animals) Order 2004
This is the Export Control (Animals) Amendment (Approved Arrangements) Order 2016.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under regulation 3 of the Export Control (Orders) Regulation 1982.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Export Control (Animals) Order 2004
1 Subsection 1A.02(1)
Omit “who holds a live‑stock export licence under the AMLI Act”, substitute “who wants to export live‑stock”.
2 Subparagraph 1A.05(1)(b)(iii)
After “subject”, insert “or will be, or is likely to be, subject if the applicant is granted such a licence”.
3 Subsection 1A.07(1) (note)
Repeal the note, substitute:
Note: For example, conditions may relate to:
(a) audit; and
(b) holding a live‑stock export licence under the AMLI Act.
