National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013

I, CHRISTIAN PORTER, Minister for Social Services, make these Rules for the purposes of section 58 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.

1 Name of Rules

  These Rules are the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Protection and Disclosure of Information) Amendment Rules 2016.

2 Commencement

  These Rules commence on the day after they are registered.

3 Amendment of National Disability Insurance Scheme (Protection and Disclosure of Information) Rules 2013

  Schedule 1 amends the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Protection and Disclosure of Information) Rules 2013.
