1. Name of Legislative Instrument

This instrument is Payment of Visa Application Charges and Fees in Foreign Currencies Amendment Instrument 2016/109.

This instrument commences on 1 December 2016.

This instrument is made under paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994.
