I, HAMISH HANSFORD, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):

REVOKE Instrument IMMI 16/009 (F2016L00675), Arrangements for Visitor Visa Applications 2016/009, signed 2 May 2016.
SPECIFY for the purposes of subitems 1236(1) and 1236(3) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved form and the place and the manner for making an application for a Visitor (Class FA) visa in Schedule 1 to this Instrument.
SPECIFY for the purposes of subitems 1236(1) and 1236(4) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved form and the place and the manner for making an application for a Visitor (Class FA) visa in Schedule 2 to this Instrument.
SPECIFY for the purposes of subitems 1236(1) and 1236(5) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved form and the place and the manner for making an application for a Visitor (Class FA) visa in Schedule 3 to this Instrument.
SPECIFY for the purposes of subitems 1236(1) and 1236(6) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved form and the place and the manner for making an application for a Visitor (Class FA) visa in Schedule 4 to this Instrument.
SPECIFY for the purposes of Item 3 of the table in subitem 1236(6) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations the travel agents listed in Schedule 5 to this Instrument.
SPECIFY for the purposes of Item 2(b) of the table in in subitem 1236(6A) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations that the applicant must be in the People’s Republic of China.
SPECIFY for the purposes of Item 3 of the table in subitem 1236(6A) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations the applicant must hold a valid passport of the People’s Republic of China, indicating that the applicant is a national of the People’s Republic of China.
SPECIFY for the purposes of subitems 1236(1) and 1236(6A) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved form and the place and the manner for making an application for a Visitor (Class FA) visa in Schedule 6 to this Instrument.

For an applicant seeking to satisfy the primary criteria for a Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa in the Tourist stream
