(1) This instrument is the National Health (Claims and under co-payment data) Amendment (Extension of exceptional circumstances dates) Rule 2017.
(2) This instrument may also be cited as PB 24 of 2017.
This instrument commences the day after it is registered.
3 Authority
This instrument is made under subsections 98AC(4) and 99AAA(8) of the National Health Act 1953.
