Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Regulations 1990

1  Name

  This instrument is the Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Amendment (2017 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2017.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

  This instrument is made under the Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Act 1989.

Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Regulations 1990

1  Paragraph 3(1B)(e)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

 (e) for an IVD medical device (other than a medical device to which paragraph (f) applies)—$660;

 (f) for a Class 4 inhouse IVD medical device—nil.
