1 Name of Instrument

  This Instrument is the Charter of the United Nations (UN Sanction Enforcement Law) Amendment Declaration 2017 (No. 2).

2 Commencement

  This Instrument commences at the same time as Regulation 13AA of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions — Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Regulations 2008 commences.

3 Amendment of Charter of the United Nations (UN Sanction Enforcement Law) Declaration 2008

  Schedule 1 amends the Charter of the United Nations (UN Sanction Enforcement Law) Declaration 2008.
