VET Student Loans (Approved Course Provider Application Fee) Determination 2017  

I, Michele Bruniges, Secretary of the Department of Education and Training, make this legislative instrument under subsection 31(1) of the VET Student Loans Act 2016.

1  Name of instrument

  This instrument is the VET Student Loans (Approved Course Provider Application Fee) Determination 2017.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 31(1) of the VET Student Loans Act 2016.

4  Fees for applications

  For subsection 31(1) of the VET Student Loans Act 2016, the fee for making an application for approval as an approved course provider is $5 110.
