Primary Industries (Excise) Levies (Designated Bodies) Declaration 2013
This instrument is the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies (Designated Bodies) Amendment Declaration 2017.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Repeal the section, substitute:
For the purposes of Part 4 of Schedule 27 to the Act, each body specified in column 1 of an item in the following table is declared to be a designated body in relation to a product or products specified in column 2 of the table for the item.
