      1.                            This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 3/03 – Seats and Seat Anchorages) 2006 Amendment 2.
   2.                                  Commencement
      1.                            This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
2. amendment of vehicle standard
   1.                                  The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 3/03 – Seats and Seat Anchorages) 2006.

“Vehicles certified to ADR 3/04 or a later version need not comply with this rule.”
