This instrument is the Criminal Code (Foreign Incursions and Recruitment – Declared Areas) Revocation Instrument 2017 – Al-Raqqa Province, Syria.

2               Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3               Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 119.3(5) of the Criminal Code.

4               Revocation of declaration

The Criminal Code (Foreign Incursions and Recruitment – Declared Areas) Declaration 2014 – Al-Raqqa Province, Syria (FRLI No. F2014L01634), made under subsection 119.3(1) of the Criminal Code is revoked.
