Marine Orders Amendment (Marine Order 76 — consequential changes) Order 2017
I, Gary Prosser, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority, make this Order under subsection 342(1) of the Navigation Act 2012.

1 Name of Order
This Order is Marine Orders Amendment (Marine Order 76 — consequential changes) Order 2017.
This Order commences immediately after the commencement of Marine Order 76 (Health — medical fitness) 2017.
Each Order mentioned in the title of a Schedule to this Order is amended in accordance with the Schedule.

(b) for the renewal of a licence mentioned in section 61 — that is given by paragraph (a) or (b) of the definition of certificate of medical fitness in section 4 of Marine Order 76 (Health — medical fitness) 2017; and
(c) in any other case — that is given by paragraph (a) or (b) of the definition of certificate of medical fitness in section 4 of Marine Order 76 (Health — medical fitness) 2017, appropriate for the class of pilot licence held.

(b) for the issue of a restricted certificate of recognition — that is given by paragraph (a) or (b) of the definition of certificate of medical fitness in section 4 of Marine Order 76 (Health — medical fitness) 2017; and
(c) for the revalidation of a certificate of proficiency as marine cook or a functions endorsement on a certificate of proficiency as Integrated Rating — that is given by paragraph (a) or (b) of the definition of certificate of medical fitness in section 4 of Marine Order 76 (Health — medical fitness) 2017.
