This instrument is the Legislation (Human Rights Instruments) Sunset-altering Declaration 2018.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsection 51A(1) of the Legislation Act 2003.
4 Repeal of anti-discrimination instruments to facilitate review etc.
The following instruments are repealed by section 51A of the Legislation Act 2003 on 1 October 2019:
(a) the Australian Human Rights Commission Regulations 1989;
(b) the Disability Discrimination Regulations 1996.
This instrument is repealed at the start of 2 October 2019.
