Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Regulations 1997
This instrument is the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Amendment (Health Measures No. 1) Regulations 2018.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

269 | Services for people affected by the use of per‑ and poly‑fluoroalkyl substances at RAAF Base Tindal | To provide funding for the delivery of information and the provision of services to people affected by the use of per‑ and poly‑fluoroalkyl substances at, or in the vicinity of, the Royal Australian Air Force Base Tindal. This objective also has the effect it would have if it were limited to measures: (a) with respect to postal, telegraphic, telephonic and other like services; or (b) that are incidental to the defence of Australia; or (c) that are carried out in, or in relation to, a Territory; or (d) that are taken in the exercise of the executive power of the Commonwealth. |
