This instrument is the Wine Australia Legislation Amendment (Repeal and Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2018.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

(a) the Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Act 1999;
(b) the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991;
(c) the Wine Australia Act 2013.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

1 The whole of the instrument
Repeal the instrument.
Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Regulations 2000
1 Clause 1 of Schedule 13
Omit “Australian Grape and Wine Authority Act 2013”, substitute “Wine Australia Act 2013”.
2 Clause 1 of Schedule 13 (note)
Omit “regulation 12 of the Australian Grape and Wine Authority Regulations 1981”, substitute “section 28 of the Wine Australia Regulations 2018”.
Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Regulations 1991
3 Clause 2 of Schedule 35 (definition of Authority)
Omit “the Australian Grape and Wine Authority”, substitute “Wine Australia”.
