Federal Proceedings (Costs) Regulations
This instrument is the Federal Proceedings (Costs) Regulations 2018.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Federal Proceedings (Costs) Act 1981.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
In this instrument:
Act means the Federal Proceedings (Costs) Act 1981.
Part 2—Prescribed maximum amount
6 Prescribed maximum amounts in relation to appeals or new trials
For the purposes of subsection 18(1) of the Act, the prescribed maximum amount in relation to a court specified in column 1 of an item in the following table is the amount specified in column 2 of the item.
