This Instrument is the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated and Declared Persons – Myanmar) List 2018.

2 Commencement

This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Authority

This Instrument is made under subregulation 6(1) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.

4 Designations and declarations to have effect

(1) For regulation 6 of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, each person mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is a current or former military officer of the rank of Brigadier-General or higher. Each of the persons listed in Schedule 1 is designated as a designated person and declared as a declared person for Myanmar.
