Schedule 1—Amendments
High Court of Australia (Fees) Regulation 2012
This instrument is the High Court of Australia (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2018.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Repeal the cell, substitute:

Repeal the cell, substitute:
For the hearing before a single Justice of: (a) an application for a constitutional or other writ; or (b) a petition; or (c) a writ of summons; or (d) a summons (other than a summons for directions); for each half day or part of a half day |
