1  Name

  This instrument is the Competition and Consumer (Designated Shipper Bodies) Amendment Declaration 2019.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under section 10.03 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

4  Schedules

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1Amendments

Competition and Consumer (Designated Shipper Bodies) Declaration 2018

1  Section 4

Omit “Consumer and Competition Act 2010”, substitute “Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

2  Schedule 3 (note)

Repeal the note.

3  At the end of Schedule 3

Add:

 Designated Inwards Peak Shipper Bodies
