Liquid Fuel Emergency (Activities — Essential Users) Determination 2008
This instrument is the Liquid Fuel Emergency (Activities—Essential Users) Determination 2019.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1. The whole of this instrument | The later of: (a) the start of the day after this instrument is registered; and (b) immediately after the commencement of the Liquid Fuel Emergency Guidelines 2019. However, the provisions do not commence at all if the event mentioned in paragraph (b) does not occur. | 29 March 2019 |

This instrument is made under subsection 11(3) of the Liquid Fuel Emergency Act 1984.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
In this instrument:
Act means the Liquid Fuel Emergency Act 1984.
The activities determined for the purposes of paragraph 11(1)(d) of the Act are the activities carried out by one or more of the following:
(a) an ambulance service;
(b) a corrective service;
(c) a fire or rescue service;
(d) a police service;
(e) a public transport service;
(f) a State Emergency Service or an equivalent organisation;
(g) a taxi service.

Repeal the instrument.
