1 Name
This instrument is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence Eligibility —Healthscope Operations Pty Ltd) Declaration 2019.
This instrument is made under section 100 of the Act.
In this instrument:
Act means the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.
Healthscope Operations means Healthscope Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 85 006 405 152; ACN 006 405 152).
5 Declaration
Being satisfied that it would be desirable for the Act to apply to employees of Healthscope Operations, I declare that Healthscope Operations is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act.
Note: Healthscope Operations is a corporation that is carrying on business in competition with a Commonwealth authority or with another corporation that was formerly a Commonwealth authority.
6 Repeal
This instrument is repealed the day after the end of the period of 48 months beginning on the day this instrument commences.
