  This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2018-2019 (No. 6).

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under section 75 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
