1 Name

This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 3) 2019.

2 Commencement

(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsections 7(3) and (4) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

1 Section 9 (Table 9A, table item dealing with Chief Executive Officer, Infrastructure Australia, column 3)

Insert “Table 10A, item 24”.

The Hon Hugh Delahunty is to receive, on and after 4 May 2019 while he occupies the office of member, an annual fee of $39,487 instead of the amount in Column 4 of Table 3A.
