Fisheries Management (Logbooks for Fisheries) Determination 2018 2

1  Name

  This instrument is the Logbooks for Fisheries Amendment Determination 2019 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 42(1) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991.

4  Schedule

  Each instrument that is specified in the Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule, and any other item in the Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms. 

Schedule 1—Amendments

Omit “SCQ02A”, substitute “SCQ02B”.

2  Section 18

Omit “SCQ02A”, substitute “SCQ02B”.

3 Schedule 3 item 27

Repeal the item, substitute:
