Australian Business Securitisation Fund (Minister) Delegation 2019

I,  Josh Frydenberg, Treasurer, acting under section 19 of the Australian Business Securitisation Fund Act 2019, delegate my powers and functions under section 12 of that Act to the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Office of Financial Management, with effect from 1 July 2019.
