1 Name
This instrument is the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (Consequential and Transitional) Amendment (Reporting) Regulations 2020.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission (Consequential and Transitional) Regulation 2016
1 At the end of regulation 5
Add:
; (e) the 2019‑20 financial year;
(f) the 2020‑21 financial year;
(g) the 2021‑22 financial year;
(h) the 2022‑23 financial year;
(i) the 2023‑24 financial year.
