Aged Care (Subsidy, Fees and Payments) Determination 2014
This instrument is the Aged Care (Subsidy, Fees and Payments) Amendment (Adjusted Subsidy Reduction Multi-purpose Services) Determination 2020.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under section 52‑1 of the Aged Care Act 1997.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Aged Care (Subsidy, Fees and Payments) Determination 2014
1 Section 87 (definition of adjusted subsidy reduction multi‑purpose service)
Repeal the definition.
2 Section 92
Repeal the section, substitute:
92 Applicable amount for high care place
The amount for a day for a high care place allocated in respect of a multi‑purpose service is the amount worked out in accordance with the following formula:
where:
B is $133.44.
C is the concessional resident equivalent amount specified in section 101 that relates to the region in which the service is located.
V is the viability supplement equivalent amount for the service for the day.
3 Division 5 of Part 1 of Chapter 4
Repeal the Division.
