1               Name of Instrument

(1)           This Instrument is the National Health (Commonwealth Price and Conditions for Commonwealth Payments for Supply of Pharmaceutical Benefits) Amendment Determination 2020 (No. 5).

2               Commencement

This Instrument commences on 1 August 2020.

3               Amendments to National Health (Commonwealth Price and Conditions for Commonwealth Payments for Supply of Pharmaceutical Benefits) Determination 2019

Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Commonwealth Price and Conditions for Commonwealth Payments for Supply of Pharmaceutical Benefits) Determination 2019.

[1]           Schedule 4, after entry for Budesonide with formoterol in the form Powder for oral inhalation in breath actuated device containing budesonide 400 micrograms with formoterol fumarate dihydrate 12 micrograms per dose, 60 doses, 2

insert:

Budesonide with formoterol

Pressurised inhalation containing budesonide
50 micrograms with formoterol fumarate dihydrate
3 micrograms per dose, 120 doses
