Social Security (Coronavirus Economic Response—2020 Measures No. 11) Determination 2020
This instrument is the Social Security (Coronavirus Economic Response—2020 Measures No. 13) Determination 2020.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1 Subitem 1(3) of Schedule 1
Omit “the following subsections”, substitute “the following subsection”.
2 Subitem 1(3) of Schedule 1
Repeal subsections (4AB) and (4AC), substitute:
(4AB) If the 12‑week period referred to in paragraph (4A)(h) would, but for this subsection, end on or after 22 June 2020 but before 16 November 2020, then the reference in that paragraph to 12 weeks after the end of the instalment period in which the cessation day occurs is taken to be a reference to 16 November 2020.
