This instrument is the Workplace Relations and Other Legislation Amendment (Abolishment of Industrial Relations Court) Proclamation 2020.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

4 Abolition of the Industrial Relations Court
The day 1 March 2021 is fixed as the day on which the Industrial Relations Court is abolished.
This instrument is repealed at the start of 2 March 2021.
