Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Regulations 2000

1  Name

  This instrument is the Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Amendment (Cherries) Regulations 2021.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1  Clause 5.3 of Schedule 10

Omit “3 cents”, substitute “1 cent”.

2  Clause 5.4 of Schedule 10

Omit “3.97”, substitute “5”.

3  Subclause 5.6(2) of Schedule 10

Omit “nil”, substitute “0.7 cents per kilogram”.

4  Subclause 5.7(2) of Schedule 10

Omit “0.03”, substitute “0.3”.
