Privacy Regulation 2013
This instrument is the Privacy Amendment (Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator) Regulations 2021.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Privacy Act 1988.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
1 Subsection 8(1)
Omit “For subsection 6F(1) of the Act”, substitute “For the purposes of subsection 6F(1) of the Act”.
2 At the end of section 8
Add:
(4) For the purposes of subsection 6F(1) of the Act, the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator established under the Rail Safety National Law (South Australia) Act 2012 (SA) is prescribed.
