Fuel Quality Standards Regulations 2019
This instrument is the Fuel Quality Standards Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2021.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Repeal the sections.

Insert:
Division 2—Amendments made by the Fuel Quality Standards Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2021
57 Application
Despite the repeal of sections 9, 10 and 11 by the Fuel Quality Standards Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2021, those sections, as in force immediately before 1 July 2021, continue to apply in relation to applications made before 1 July 2021, as if the repeal had not happened.
