1  Name

  This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 3) 2021.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

  This instrument is made under subsections 7(3) and (4) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

1  Section 7

Insert:

Table 6A means the table of application and transitional provisions in section 23.

Insert “Table 2B, item 17”.

3  Section 10 (Table 2A, cell at table item dealing with Chief Executive Officer, Food Standards Australia New Zealand, column 3)

Repeal the cell.

This item, as inserted by the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 3) 2021, applies on and after 19 April 2021. For the period beginning on 19 April 2021 and ending at the commencement of the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 3) 2021, the total remuneration specified in the item includes any remuneration (including remuneration by way of superannuation, allowances or benefits) paid to or in respect of the Chair.
