Schedule 1—Amendments
Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Regulations 1997
This instrument is the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Amendment (Health Measures No. 4) Regulations 2021.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Act 1997.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Regulations 1997
1 Part 4 of Schedule 1AB (table item 413, column headed “Program”)
After “Centres”, insert “and Telephone Referral Service”.
2 Part 4 of Schedule 1AB (table item 413, column headed “Objective(s)”)
Omit all the words from and including “To fund” to and including “measures”, substitute:
To support and publicise:
(a) adult mental health centres and satellite clinics providing the following:
(i) counselling and other mental health services;
(ii) advice and referral to specialist mental health services;
(iii) information and support to family, friends and carers of persons with mental health conditions;
(iv) outreach services for persons who cannot attend a mental health centre or other primary mental health care service or who have recently been hospitalised or are at risk of hospitalisation;
(v) digital mental health services; and
(b) an intake and assessment telephone service providing advice, triage and referral to mental health services.
This objective has the effect it would have if it were limited to measures
