Fisheries Management Regulations 2019

1  Name

  This instrument is the Fisheries Management Amendment (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2021.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1.  The whole of this instrument

At the same time as Schedule 4 to the Regulatory Powers (Standardisation Reform) Act 2021 commences.

  This instrument is made under the Fisheries Management Act 1991.

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1Amendments

 

Fisheries Management Regulations 2019

1  Section 4 (paragraphs (e) and (f) of the paragraph beginning “Part 11 provides”)

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

 (e) fees.

2  Section 101 (paragraph beginning “If satisfied”)

Repeal the paragraph.

3  Division 7 of Part 11

Repeal the Division.
