This instrument is the Child Support (Registration and Collection) (Designated Program Act) Specification 2021.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under paragraph (o) of the definition of ‘designated program Act’ in subsection 16AB(3) of the Act.
In this instrument:
Act means the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1988.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
For the purposes of paragraph (o) of the definition of ‘designated program Act’ in subsection 16AB(3) of the Act, the following Acts are specified:
(1) the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998; and
(2) the Taxation Administration Act 1953.
