Mutual Recognition (Notification Requirement for Agents – Northern Territory) Determination 2021

I, Michael Patrick Francis Gunner, Treasurer, under section 42J(4) of the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 (Cth) and with reference to section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 (Cth), determine that registration under the Commercial and Private Agents Licensing Act 1979 is a registration for which notification is required by section 42J(1) of the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 (Cth).
