This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal (Members of Parliament) Amendment Determination (No. 1) 2021.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Remuneration Tribunal (Members of Parliament) Determination 2021
1 Paragraph 3.15(a)
Omit “telephone”.
2 Paragraph 3.15(b)
Omit “fixed internet and telephone”.
3 Paragraph 3.15(c)
Omit “telephone” (wherever occurring).
4 Clause 3.17
Repeal the clause, substitute:
3.17 In clauses 3.15 and 3.16, “service” means a telephone service (including VoIP), an internet service, or a service under which a telephone service and an internet service are provided under the one contract, and does not include a streaming or similar service.
