Schedule 1—Amendments
Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001
This instrument is the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Amendment (Exemption Certificate Application Extension) Regulations 2021.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001
1 After subregulation 22XA(2)
Insert:
(2A) However, if an application for an exemption certificate is:
(a) for 2021; and
(b) made by a prescribed person mentioned in regulation 22G, 22H, 22I, 22J or 22K;
the application must be lodged on or before 10 December 2021.
