This instrument is the Income Tax Assessment (Developing Country Relief Funds) Declaration 2021.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

6 Revocation of existing declarations
Under subsection 30‑85(4) of the Act, all declarations that, at the commencement of this instrument, were in force under subsection 30‑85(2) of the Act, are revoked.
