Air Navigation (Essendon Fields Airport) Regulations 2018
This instrument is the Air Navigation (Essendon Fields Airport) Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2021.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Air Navigation (Essendon Fields Airport) Regulations 2018
1 Section 5
Insert:
regular public transport operation means an operation of an aircraft:
(a) for the purpose of transporting persons generally, or transporting cargo for persons generally; and
(b) for hire or reward; and
(c) in accordance with fixed schedules to and from fixed terminals over specific routes, with or without intermediate stopping places between terminals.
2 Subparagraph 6(2)(b)(iii)
Omit “regular public transport operations (within the meaning of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998)”, substitute “a regular public transport operation”.
