Commonwealth Grant Scheme Guidelines 2020
This instrument is the Commonwealth Grant Scheme Amendment (Transition Fund Loading) Guidelines 2021.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under section 238‑10 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
The instrument specified in the Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule, and any other item in the Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
The amendments made by this instrument apply to working out grants payable under Division 33 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Repeal the section, substitute:
19 Working out the Transition Fund Loading
For the years 2021, 2022 and 2023, the amount of any transition fund loading payable to a provider is the amount for the provider, as listed in the following table, corresponding to the applicable year:
