This instrument is the Illegal Logging Prohibition Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2021.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Illegal Logging Prohibition Act 2012.

The amendments made by items 2 and 3 of Schedule 1 to the Illegal Logging Prohibition Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2021 apply in relation to the importation of a thing on or after 1 January 2022.
