Schedule 1—Amendments
Corporations (Fees) Regulations 2001
This instrument is the Corporations (Fees) Amendment (Relevant Providers) Regulations 2021.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Corporations (Fees) Act 2001.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

1 Paragraph 9A(1)(b)
Omit “922H(1), 922HB(1) or 922HD(1)”, substitute “922H(1) or 922HB(1)”.
2 Subregulation 9A(5) (paragraph (b) of the definition of prescribed amount)
Omit “or 922HD(1)”.
3 Subregulation 9A(5) (paragraph (b) of the definition of relevant number of persons)
Omit “922H(1), 922HB(1) or 922HD(1)”, substitute “922H(1) or 922HB(1)”.
4 Subparagraph 9B(1)(a)(ii)
Omit “922HD(1),”.
