1 Name
This instrument is the Clean Energy Regulator Amendment (Disclosure of Protected Information) Regulations 2021.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Clean Energy Regulator Act 2011.
4 Schedules
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Schedule 1—Amendments commencing day after registration
Clean Energy Regulator Regulations 2018
1 After paragraph 5(1)(g)
Insert:
(ga) the Australian Crime Commission;
Schedule 2—Amendments commencing 1 July 2022
Clean Energy Regulator Regulations 2018
1 Subsection 5(4)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
Professional disciplinary bodies
(4) For the purposes of paragraph 49(1)(y) of the Act, the following are prescribed:
(a) the Clean Energy Council Limited (ACN 127 102 443);
(b) a scheme operator (within the meaning of Subdivision 2.3.4 of Division 2.3 of Part 2 of the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001) that is a body corporate.
