This instrument is the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Practice Standards – Worker Screening – Western Australia) Notice 2021.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Practice Standards – Worker Screening) Rules 2018.
In this instrument:
NDIS means the National Disability Insurance Scheme, which has the same meaning as in the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
5 Notice of operation of NDIS worker screening unit in Western Australia
For the purposes of section 30 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Practice Standards – Worker Screening) Rules 2018, I give notice that the NDIS worker screening unit for Western Australia is operational in that state, with the agreement of that state.
